Q: What benefit do I have when I buy access?

A: Well, go in game, trust the website and see for yourself.

Q: Why cant I see prices/quantities in the chains?

A: The manufacturing part and some of the PI sections are pay-per-service. Please click on ACCOUNT in the menu bar and proceed as explained there. And make sure you browse in game and have trusted our website.

Q: Why do I have to pay ISK for this service?

A: Building this application has taken quite some effort. As work in general is not free and this application can help you to earn a considerable amount of ISK there is a price for using it if you decide to do so. Look at it as it would be a donation you give to somebody which helped you with something.

Q: Why should I trust you?

A: As like in game as well all 4WARD members like fair-play. We keep it the same with this service. And we expect the same from you.

Q: Your server was not available for x hours today! Do I get my access time compensated?

A: As stated in our LEGAL section, we are sorry but no. We do not have any influence on availability our hosting provider reaches, in other words there is no SLA/SLO from them to us so also not from us to you.

Q: I need help but there is no 4WARD member within the in game channel!

A: We are sorry for that but we hope you will understand that we also are humans which need to fulfil RL duties - just like you do.

Q: I have paid but the site still says "restricted data" / Access duration is not right?

A: Sorry about that! Please get in touch with Nefertariii in game - she will have a look in our api logging and tries to resolve the issue as soon as possible. If there was a transaction overseen for some reason - and we see that there is a bug in our code, you will get your ISK back.

Q: I probably made a mistake with the transaction remark. Is it case sensitive?

A: No, as long you put 4WARD or 4wArd or blah blah 4warDD into the remark, we know what you meant. However, 4w ard does not work - the word 4ward needs to be in one piece.

Q: I mistyped and sent you 3m ISK instead of Xm ISK - what happens now?

A: 3m ISK buys you access for a single day, the rest is considered as donation. Thank you.
